Is your keyboard suddenly not working properly? Before replacing it, try these simple solutions:

1. Some keys are not responding
Unplug the keyboard and reconnect it. For wireless keyboards, replace the batteries and reconnect the receiver/Bluetooth connection.

2. Keyboard is typing the wrong characters
Check your keyboard language/layout. In Windows, press Win + Space to switch between installed keyboard layouts.

3. Keys are repeating automatically
Go to Settings → Accessibility → Keyboard and check the keyboard settings. Cleaning dust around the affected key may also help.

4. Keyboard is completely unresponsive
Try another USB port. If possible, test the keyboard on another computer to determine whether the problem is with the keyboard or Windows.

5. Laptop keyboard stops working
Restart the laptop first. Then check Device Manager → Keyboards and update or reinstall the keyboard driver.

Quick Tip: If a keyboard works normally on another computer, the keyboard itself is probably fine—the problem is likely related to your computer’s settings, drivers, or USB/Bluetooth connection.
